Learn2Earn trains young Sierra Leoneans in freelancing and remote work. I designed the programme mark and every recruitment wave: calls for applications, FAQs, deadline extensions, a participant spotlight, roll-ups, T-shirts, certificates and the launch backdrop.
The first call drew more than 900 applications for 50 places. For the second cohort I designed an application statistics card showing the split by district, gender and disability, which made the gaps visible: 23.7% of applicants were women and 4.6% were persons with disabilities.
