Explainers for schools on what the challenge is, who can take part and what to expect, a school tour across Freetown, Makeni, Kono, Bo and Kenema, and an announcement for each sponsor.
On the day, the robot-head key visual ran across the stage, auditorium walls, entrance, lanyards, T-shirts and tote bags.
