The report brings together survey data on young people’s education, work, health, housing, migration and business. I turned the manuscript into a document that reads in layers: forewords from the President and the Minister, an executive summary, ten numbered chapter openers with full-bleed photography, then charts and tables with the source under each one.
Every chapter ends with a summary and policy recommendations in the same position, so a reader looking only for actions can go straight to them.
